高校推动巩固脱贫成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的路径探析

摘　要：巩固脱贫攻坚成果和乡村振兴有效衔接的相关研究已相对广泛和深入，但从高校视角分析推动两者有效衔接的相关研究多聚焦于宏观层面，微观层面的下沉研究缺乏理论基础的支撑和实践融合的推进，实践路径缺乏创新性和及时性。基于此，笔者以高校嵌入乡村建设为出发点，从理论层面剖析高校巩固拓展脱贫成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的政策逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑的转换，并以此为基础，从实践层面提出高校推动巩固脱贫成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的创新路径：深化高校农科教育改革，培育专业化复合型人才；搭建城乡融合智慧平台，打造多元网络协同中心；拓宽科技创新转化思路，构建理论实践联动机制。以期为统筹推进乡村教育振兴和教育振兴乡村及巩固脱贫成果与乡村振兴有效衔接提供重要借鉴依据。

Abstract: The research on the effective connection between consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization has been relatively extensive and in-depth. However, from the perspective of universities, the research on promoting the effective connection between the two is mostly focused on the macro level. The micro level sinking research lacks theoretical support and the promotion of practical integration, and the practical path lacks innovation and timeliness. Based on this, the author takes the integration of universities into rural construction as the starting point, analyzes the transformation of policy logic, theoretical logic, and practical logic for universities to consolidate and expand poverty alleviation achievements and effectively connect with rural revitalization from a theoretical perspective. Based on this, the author proposes innovative paths for universities to promote the effective connection between consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization from a practical perspective: deepening the reform of agricultural education in universities, cultivating specialized composite talents; build a smart platform for urban-rural integration and create a diverse network collaboration center; expand the thinking of scientific and technological innovation transformation, and build a theoretical and practical linkage mechanism. In order to provide important reference for promoting the rural education revitalization and the revitalization of rural areas through education, and the effective connection between consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
