摘 要:【目的】当前国内汽车转向外拉杆总成试验台存在机械传动结构复杂、试验参数通用性差以及自动化水平较低等问题。【方法】课题组设计了一种全新的汽车转向外拉杆总成环境疲劳试验台,取消了机械传动的四连杆运动机构,同时设计了全新的测控系统,采用工控机作为上位机,定制温控箱为试件提供高低温及湿度环境,三菱PLC作为下位机,通过伺服驱动器控制伺服电机旋转实现试件的转动与摆动,利用研华数据采集卡采集转动与摆动信息并反馈给上位机,最后对外拉杆进行测试,并以图表的形式显示测试数据。【结果】试验结果表明,该试验台测控系统满足试验要求。【结论】该系统机械传动结构简单、试验参数通用性强、自动化水平高,可以为国内相关同类产品提供一定的技术参考。

Development of Measurement and Control System for Environmental Fatigue Test Bench of Automobile Steering Outer Rod Assembly

Abstract: [Objective] Currently, there are problems with the complex mechanical transmission structure, poor universality of test parameters, and low automation level in the domestic automotive steering outer pull rod assembly test bench. [Method] The research group designed a brand new environmental fatigue test bench for the steering outer pull rod assembly of automobiles, eliminating the four link motion mechanism of mechanical transmission. At the same time, a brand new measurement and control system was designed, using an industrial computer as the upper computer and a customized temperature control box to provide a high, low temperature and humidity environment for the test piece. Mitsubishi PLC was used as the lower computer, and the servo motor was controlled to rotate and swing the test piece through a servo driver. Using the Advantech data acquisition card to collect rotation and swing information and provide feedback to the upper computer. Finally, test the external pull rod and display the test data in the form of a chart. [Result] The experimental results indicate that the measurement and control system of the test bench meets the experimental requirements. [Conclusion] The system has a simple mechanical transmission structure, strong universality of test parameters, and high automation level, which can provide a certain technical reference for similar domestic products.
