摘 要:汽车顶棚是在车身顶盖钣金下面加装的内饰零件,可提高车内装饰性,起到隔音、吸音、隔热的作用,优化汽车顶棚设计,可以提高整车造型的美观性、舒适性。基于此,笔者通过分析汽车顶棚的成型工艺及组成,从成型工艺、材料及顶棚与周边件的匹配关系着手,重点剖析了顶棚与立柱、前挡风玻璃、顶棚扶手等的匹配结构设计要求,建议零件试制后,需经过相关试验验证顶棚设计的合理性,如气味、VOC、阻燃性等必须满足公司相关规范标准或相应国标要求,为内饰设计工程师优化汽车顶棚设计提供借鉴。

Abstract: The car roof is an interior component installed under the body roof sheet metal, which can improve the interior decoration of the car, play a role in sound insulation, sound absorption, and heat insulation. Optimizing the design of the car roof can improve the aesthetics and comfort of the vehicle’s appearance. Based on this, the author analyzes the forming process and composition of the car roof, starting from the matching relationship between the forming process, materials, and the roof and surrounding components, focusing on the design requirements of the matching structure between the roof and, pillars, front windshield, roof handrails, etc. It is recommended that after the parts are prototyped, they should undergo relevant tests to verify the rationality of the roof design, such as odour, VOC, flame retardancy, etc., which must meet the company’s relevant specification standards or the corresponding national standard requirements, so as to provide reference for interior design engineers to optimise the design of the car roof.
