拖拉机配套打捆机联动控制系统开发

摘 要:【目的】目前市场上大多数圆捆打捆机在打捆完成后均需要停车吐捆,当完成打捆需要停车吐捆时,打捆机会发出停车报警信号,为了解决部分用户由于操作问题不能及时停车吐捆,造成拖拉机动力输出传递扭矩瞬时大幅度增加,进而导致拖拉机离合器烧毁的问题。【方法】研究小组发明了一种打捆机和拖拉机联动控制系统,在打捆机作业完成发出报警信号后,通过拖拉机上安装的控制器对信号进行处理,控制器控制拖拉机电磁阀工作,进而控制拖拉机离合器分离,使得拖拉机能够自动停车,避免离合器损坏。【结果】对拖拉机在接收到打捆机信号后是否能够即时停车进行了实车验证。打捆机停车界面表明,该联动系统能够精准地实现拖拉机与打捆机的联动控制:1)通过踩下离合器踏板控制离合器助力油缸,可以实现使拖拉机停车的目的;2)利用压差传感器与拖拉机自身的电器控制器连接,通过电器控制器控制电磁阀,可以在打捆机完成打捆时控制电磁阀动作,最终实现对离合器助力油缸的自动控制,可以对拖拉机离合器形成有效保护。【结论】通过该系统的开发与运用,可以为各大拖拉机主机厂解决离合器故障率高问题提供一套有效方案,为拖拉机用户创造更大经济效益。

Development of Linkage Control System for Tractor and Baling Machine

Abstract: [Objective] At present, most round bundling machines in the market require parking and spitting out after baling is completed. When parking and spitting out are required to complete baling, the baling machine will send a parking alarm signal. In order to solve the problem of some users being unable to stop and spitting out the bales in a timely manner due to operational problems, which leads to a sudden and significant increase in the torque output of the tractor power transmission, and ultimately leads to the burning of the tractor clutch. [Method] The research team has invented a linkage control system between a baler and a tractor. After the baler completes its operation and sends an alarm signal, the signal is processed through a controller installed on the tractor. The controller controls the operation of the tractor solenoid valve, thereby controlling the tractor clutch to separate, enabling the tractor to automatically stop and avoid clutch damage. [Result] Real vehicle verification was conducted on whether the tractor can stop immediately after receiving the baler signal. The parking interface of the baler indicates that the linkage system can accurately achieve linkage control between the tractor and the baler. 1) By pressing the clutch pedal to control the clutch assist cylinder, the tractor can be stopped. 2) By connecting the pressure difference sensor to the tractor’s own electrical controller and controlling the solenoid valve through the electrical controller, the action of the solenoid valve can be controlled when the baler completes baling, ultimately achieving automatic control of the clutch power cylinder, which can effectively protect the tractor clutch. [Conclusion] Through the development and application of this system, an effective solution can be provided for major tractor manufacturers to solve the problem of high clutch failure rate, creating greater economic benefits for tractor users.
