摘 要:智能制造是加快我国制造业转型升级、全面提高发展质量和核心竞争力的关键,也是实现制造大国向制造强国跨越的必经之路。机电一体化技术作为新兴生产技术,有助于提高生产质量与效率,是实现智能制造的关键。基于此,课题组以智能制造背景下的机电一体化技术为切入点,对机电一体化技术的发展现状及其在智能制造中的实践应用进行了研究,包括煤矿领域、电力领域、数控生产领域、工业机器人领域等,并从微型化、智能化、绿色化三个方向进一步分析了机电一体化技术的未来发展趋势。经过多年的努力与积累,我国形成了较为完善的智能制造装备产业体系,通过将机电一体化技术应用到生产实践中,能够给传统制造业注入新鲜血液,推动我国传统产业的转型升级,助力制造强国战略目标的实现。

Abstract: Intelligent manufacturing is a key step in accelerating the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry, comprehensively improving the quality of development and core competitiveness, and also a necessary path to achieve the transition from a manufacturing powerhouse to a manufacturing powerhouse. As an emerging production technology, mechatronics integration technology helps to improve production quality and efficiency, and is the key to achieving intelligent manufacturing. Based on this, the research group took the mechatronics integration technology under the background of intelligent manufacturing as the entry point, studied the current development status of mechatronics technology and its practical application in intelligent manufacturing, including the fields of coal mining, power, CNC production, industrial robots, etc., and further analyzed the future development trends of mechatronics technology from three directions: miniaturization, intelligence, and greening. After years of effort and accumulation, China has formed a relatively complete intelligent manufacturing equipment industry system. By applying mechatronics integration technology to production practice, it can inject fresh blood into the traditional manufacturing industry, promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s traditional industries, and help achieve the strategic goal of strengthening the manufacturing industry.
