一种农田地膜回收机膜杂分离机理的研究

摘 要:【目的】提高农田残膜回收的工作效率并减少作业成本,解决现有农田地膜回收机工作过程中存在的膜杂分离率较低的问题。【方法】结合目前机械化地膜回收机实际作业情况,依据人工捡拾残膜特点,设计了一款膜杂分离式残膜回收机;重点对机具中的切膜装置、松膜机构、除杂机构、抓膜机构和收膜装置等主要部件进行了设计分析与理论计算。【结果】1)起膜时为了避免扯断地膜以及方便收膜,在机具最前端设置了切膜装置、松膜机构,同时也解决了地膜缠绕的问题;2)本机具在收膜装置前设置了除杂风机,可以将地膜中间的枝叶、秸秆等杂物吹到待回收的地膜边缘,进一步提高收膜部件收膜后的膜杂分离率;3)本机具的收膜部件采用了套架内置空腔结构形式,内部活塞周围装有软材料的伸缩齿,伸缩齿底端通过圆弧形通道,弧形通道与水平方向的最佳角度为36.5°,能够较好地满足收膜要求。【结论】该残膜回收机能够有效实现抓膜、升膜、运膜到最后脱膜的全过程。同时,本机具采用四行收膜,不但提高了工作效率,也提高了收净率和膜杂分离率,可为膜杂分离式地膜回收机械的研制提供参考。

Research on the Mechanism of Membrane Impurity Separation in a Farmland Mulch Recycling Machine

Abstract: [Objective] In order to improve the efficiency of farmland residual film recycling and reduce operating costs, the problem of low membrane impurity separation rate in the working process of existing farmland plastic film recycling machines is addressed. [Method] Based on the actual operation situation of the current mechanized plastic film recycling machine and the characteristics of manual picking up residual film, a membrane impurity separation type residual film recycling machine was designed. The design analysis and theoretical calculation were focused on the main components of the cutting device, film loosening mechanism, impurity removal mechanism, film grabbing mechanism, and film harvesting device in the machinery. [Result] 1) In order to avoid tearing the film and facilitate the collection of the film, a film cutting device and a film loosening mechanism were installed at the front end of the machine, which also solved the problem of film wrapping. 2) This machine is equipped with a impurity removal fan in front of the film harvesting device, which can blow the branches, leaves, straw and other debris in the middle of the film to the edge of the film to be recycled, further improving the membrane impurity separation rate of the film harvesting component after harvesting. 3) The film harvesting component of this machine adopts a nested internal cavity structure, with soft material expansion teeth installed around the internal piston. The bottom of the expansion teeth passes through an arc shaped channel, and the optimal angle between the arc channel and the horizontal direction is 36.5°, which can better meet the film harvesting requirements. [Conclusion] The residual film recycling machine can effectively achieve the entire process of film grabbing, film lifting, film transportation, and finally film removal. At the same time, this machine adopts four rows of membrane collection, which not only improves work efficiency, but also improves the collection rate and membrane impurity separation rate, providing reference for the development of membrane impurity separation type plastic film recycling machinery.
