Abstract: In the process of logistics, industrial robots are widely used in many aspects such as warehousing, sorting, transportation, etc. Online e-commerce has become a widely recognized new business model, and the logistics industry, which complements it, has generated a huge demand for talent. At present, the problem of difficult and expensive employment in China is becoming increasingly severe, and it is urgent for the logistics industry to undergo digital and intelligent transformation. AGV cars have become important assistants in the logistics process due to their advantages such as autonomous driving, long working hours, and safety and reliability. The author lists various guidance methods for AGV cars, analyzes their respective applicable locations, advantages and disadvantages, and summarizes and suggests the development trend of AGV navigation based on the problems that the car may encounter during operation, and summarizes its shortcomings. The AGV handling car has initially achieved intelligent and automated handling to replace manual handling, reducing the demand for human resources in enterprises, reducing the workload of frontline workers, and effectively alleviating the difficulties and high labor costs faced by related enterprises. After various technical defects are gradually improved, they will play an irreplaceable role in industrial production.
