汽车手套箱箱斗零件工艺分析和模具设计

摘 要:【目的】汽车手套箱箱斗结构较为复杂,模具设计的好坏关系到产品是否能满足顾客的要求。分析总结手套箱箱斗的模具设计要点,可避免后续修模费用的产生。【方法】研究小组通过前期的产品零件工艺分析、模具设计特点分析、结构合理化设置分析确定了模具浇注系统的合理性,介绍了抽芯机构、温度控制系统、脱模系统的具体设计方案,并用模流分析方法分析了塑件可能存在的缺陷,优化了浇口的形状与位置。【结果】实践证明,该模具脱模机构运行灵活、结构稳定可靠,模流分析结果符合要求,不存在较大缺陷;使用该模具生产的手套箱箱斗符合各项设计标准,没有熔接痕、缩印以及飞边等外观缺陷。【结论】本研究能够为手套箱的模具设计提供相应参考,节约模具后续的维修费用。

Molding Process Analysis and Injection Mold Design for the Automobile Glove Box

Abstract:[Objective] The structure of the car glovebox hopper is relatively complex, and the quality of the mold design is related to whether the product can meet customer requirements. The key points of mold design for glovebox hopper are analyzed and summarized, which can avoid the cost of subsequent mold repair. [Method] The research group determined the rationality of the mold pouring system through the analysis of product parts process, mold design characteristics, and structural rationalization settings in the early stage. The specific design schemes of the core pulling mechanism, temperature control system, and demolding system were introduced, and the possible defects of the plastic part were analyzed using mold flow analysis method, optimizing the shape and position of the gate were optimized. [Result] Practice has proven that the demolding mechanism of the mold operates flexibly, the structure is stable and reliable, and the mold flow analysis results meet the requirements without significant defects. The glovebox produced with this mold meets various design standards, and has no appearance defects such as weld lines, miniatures, and flash. [Conclusion] The research can provide corresponding reference for the mold design of glovebox and save the subsequent maintenance cost of the mold.
