乡村振兴背景下职业院校落实劳动教育的途径研究——以四川工商职业技术学院为例

摘 要:【目的】我国当前乡村人才短缺,特别是“一懂两爱”、愿意扎根“三农”的乡村振兴人才紧缺,这对职业院校的育人目标提出了新的要求。因此,探究职业院校的劳动教育途径十分有必要。【方法】以四川工商职业技术学院为例,对该校学生的劳动教育情况进行调查,并根据调查结果,提出了相应的整改措施。【结果】1)只有45.8%的学生每周都上劳动教育相关的课程,有但基本不上及没有劳动教育课程的学生分别占14.0%及13.7%,甚至有26.6%的学生不知道学校有劳动教育课程;2)有 96.6%的学生认为校内劳动教育以寝室卫生为主;3)学生参与“三下乡”和“支教支农”的占比分别为28.31%、14.46%;4)大部分高职学生认为人才是乡村振兴的关键,而认为劳动教育可以为乡村振兴打下基础的学生只有50.14%。【结论】大部分学生对当前劳动教育的认知度不够高、劳动观念不足、参与的劳动教育形式有限、缺乏参与乡村振兴实践的动力。因此,高职院校需要把劳动教育和职业教育相结合,强化思想观念,积极引导学生“知行合一”,为乡村振兴提供人才支撑。

Research on the Ways of Implementing Labor Education in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Rural Revitalization—Taking Sichuan Technology & Business College as an Example

Abstract: [Objective] Currently, there is a shortage of rural talents in China, especially those who “understand agriculture, love rural areas, love farmers” and are willing to take root in “agriculture, rural areas, and farmers”. This has put forward new requirements for the educational goals of vocational colleges. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the ways of labor education in vocational colleges. [Method] Taking Sichuan Technology & Business College as an example, a survey was conducted on the labor education situation of students at the school, and corresponding corrective measures were proposed based on the survey results. [Result] 1) Only 45.8% of students attend labor education related courses every week, with 14.0% and 13.7% of students who have but have little or no labor education courses, respectively. Moreover, 26.6% of students are unaware that the school has labor education courses. 2) 96.6% of students believe that in school labor education, dormitory hygiene is the main focus. 3) The proportion of students participating in “activity on three kinds of going to the countryside” and “supporting education and agriculture” is 28.31% and 14.46%, respectively. 4) Most vocational college students believe that talent is the key to rural revitalization, while only 50.14% of students believe that labor education can lay the foundation for rural revitalization. [Conclusion] Most students have insufficient awareness of current labor education, insufficient labor concepts, limited forms of participation in labor education, and lack the motivation to participate in rural revitalization practices. Therefore, vocational colleges need to combine labor education with vocational education, strengthen ideological concepts, actively guide students to “integrate knowledge and action”, and provide talent support for rural revitalization.
