摘 要:【目的】液压轮边制动器是由制动装置和液压泵站、高压胶管及其附件组成的液压循环系统,以往的液压轮边制动器将液压泵站和制动装置分开设置,空间体积较大,为缩小产品体积,对液压驱动装置集成系统进行结构设计优化。【方法】课题组根据轮边制动器的工作特点,将液压泵站与制动装置的液压缸集成于一体,设计出了一种新型轮边制动器液压缸。【结果】该新型液压缸在保证轮边制动器工作性能的前提下,有效缩小了轮边制动器的空间体积,减轻了重量,降低了液压油泄漏风险,具有良好的推广价值。

Design of a New Integrated Hydraulic Cylinder for Wheel Brake

Abstract: [Objective] The hydraulic wheel brake is a hydraulic circulation system composed of brake device, hydraulic station, high-pressure rubber tube, and its accessories. The previous hydraulic wheel brake was set up separately from the hydraulic station and the brake device, and the space volume was large. In order to reduce the volume of the brake, the structural design of the integrated system of the hydraulic drive device was optimized. [Method] According to the working characteristics of the wheel brake, the research group integrated the hydraulic station with the hydraulic cylinder of the brake device, and designed a new type of wheel brake hydraulic cylinder. [Result] This new hydraulic cylinder effectively reduces the space volume of the wheel brake, reduces weight, and reduces the risk of hydraulic oil leakage while ensuring the working performance of the wheel brake. It has good promotion value.
