预紧力对装配体各零件的结构影响分析

摘 要:【目的】针对深耕机中紧固件、连接件的疲劳损坏现象,需提高紧固件质量和性能。【方法】课题组以螺栓及其他连接件为研究对象,应用SolidWorks建立三维模型,应用有限元分析法、接触理论、静力学理论对螺栓及连接件的力学性能进行分析和研究。【结果】在螺栓的预紧力作用下,载荷对称和结构对称的零件,其总变形、等效应力、等效应变也是对称的;当螺栓存在预紧力,螺栓的变形、等效应力和等效应变是不对称的;在固定零件时,连接支腿的应力最大值集中在结构突变处。【结论】该研究为农业机械的紧固件的设计、选用和维护等提供了理论依据。

Analysis of the Influence of Pre Tightening Force on the Structure of Various Parts of the Assembly Body

Abstract: [Objective] To address the fatigue damage phenomenon of fasteners and connectors in deep plowing machines, it is necessary to improve the quality and performance of fasteners. [Method] The research group took bolts and other connectors as the research object, established a three-dimensional model using SolidWorks, and analyzed and studied the mechanical properties of bolts and connectors using finite element analysis, contact theory, and statics theory. [Result] Under the action of the pre tightening force of the bolt, the total deformation, equivalent stress, and equivalent strain of parts with symmetrical load and structure are also symmetrical. When there is pre tightening force on the bolt, the deformation, equivalent stress, and equivalent strain of the bolt are asymmetric. When fixing the parts, the maximum stress of the connecting legs is concentrated at the structural mutation. [Conclusion] The research provides a theoretical basis for the design, selection, and maintenance of fasteners for agricultural machinery.
