农药喷雾车远程数字化监控作业研究

摘 要:【目的】传统的农药喷雾车工作模式存在效率低、费时费力、药剂浪费严重等问题,对于提高农业生产效益来说非常不利。【方法】笔者将物联网技术和数字化管理技术应用于农药喷雾车作业中,开发了以 STM32、云平台为核心的农药喷雾车硬件管理平台,分析了农药喷雾车数字化智能监控系统总体框架、硬件及软件设计,数据采集部分采用 GPS设备、风速传感器、液位传感器,作业视频监控采用网络摄像头,对车的行驶控制采用伺服电动缸和继电器,数据传输部分采用ESP8266WiFi模块和4G插卡路由器,后端服务器利用阿里云服务器,采用B/S架构和SQL数据库,数据经处理并实时控制农药喷雾车的行驶和作业状态。【结果】设计的农药喷雾车数字化协同工作平台功能正确,能完成对数据的采集和发送,实现农药喷雾车作业参数的远程监控管理和车辆工作的控制。【结论】该农药喷雾车多车辆作业数字化智能监控系统性能稳定,开发成本较低,减轻了人工劳动强度,提高了农作效率和质量,为农业设备的智能化和数字化提供了参考依据。

Research on Remote Digital Monitoring Operation of Pesticide Spray Truck

Abstract: [Objective] The traditional working mode of pesticide spray truck has many problems, such as low efficiency, time consuming and laborious, and serious waste of chemicals, which is very unfavorable for improving the efficiency of agricultural production. [Method] The author applied the Internet of Things technology and digital management technology to the operation of pesticide spray vehicles, developed a hardware management platform for pesticide spray vehicles with STM32 and cloud platform as the core, analyzed the overall framework, hardware and software design of the digital intelligent monitoring system for pesticide spray vehicles, and used GPS equipment, wind speed sensors, liquid level sensors for data collection, and webcams for operation video monitoring, servo electric cylinder and relay are used for driving control of the vehicle, ESP8266WiFi module and 4G plug-in card router are used for data transmission, Alibaba Cloud server is used for back-end server, B/S architecture and SQL database are used, data is processed and real-time control of the driving and operating status of the pesticide spray vehicle. [Result] The designed pesticide spray vehicle digital collaborative work platform has correct functions, can complete the collection and transmission of data, and realize the remote monitoring and management of pesticide spray vehicle operating parameters and the control of vehicle work. [Conclusion] The digital intelligent monitoring system for multi vehicle operation of pesticide spray vehicles has stable performance, low development cost, reduced labor intensity, improved agricultural efficiency and quality, and provided a reference for the intellectualization and digitization of agricultural equipment.
