一种半嵌地式多功能医用车库结构设计

摘 要:【目的】利用智能化消毒代替人工消毒、建造多功能医用车库等措施为解决大型医疗场所停车难问题提供了新思路。可以提升传统车库的利用率,防止在医院中出现病毒交叉感染的情况。【方法】课题组首先运用三维建模软件NX建立车库结构的简化模型,然后分别阐述了半嵌地式多功能医用车库停车限位装置结构设计、一种具有上坡防溜车功能的减速带结构设计、自由度可移动洗车装置结构设计、载车板设计。【结果】通过对关键部件进行强度载荷分析得出:1)加长销的最小直径为47.8 mm,本车库加长销直径为50 mm,大于最小直径。2)弯曲正应力σmax=43.8 N/mm2 ﹤抗弯应力设计值f=295 N/mm2 ;支座最大剪应力τmax=34 N/mm2 ﹤抗剪应力设计值fv=180 N/mm2 ;相对挠度v2=∫∫(M(x)/ EIdxdx+Cx+D= 1/325.5﹤挠度控制值[v]= L/300。【结论】该设计结构性能良好,满足各项指标要求,在一定程度上解决了现有立体车库的安全性问题,保障了医生、病人的健康。

The Utility Model Relates to a Semi-embedded Multi-functional Medical Garage Structure Design

Abstract: [Objective] The use of intelligent disinfection instead of manual disinfection and the construction of multifunctional medical garages provide new ideas for solving the problem of parking difficulties in large medical facilities, which can improve the utilization rate of traditional garages and prevent cross infection of viruses in hospitals. [Method] The research group first used the three-dimensional modeling software NX to establish a simplified model of the garage structure, and then separately described the structural design of the parking limit device of the semi embedded multi-functional medical garage, the structural design of a Speed bump with the function of anti sliding on the slope, the structural design of the degree of freedom movable car washing device, and the design of the car carrier plate. [Result] Through strength load analysis of key components, it was found that: 1) The minimum diameter of the extension pin is 47.8 mm, and the diameter of the extension pin in this garage is 50 mm, which is greater than the minimum diameter. 2) Bending normal stress σmax=43.8 N/mm2 ﹤ Bending stress design value f=295 N/mm2 ; Maximum Shear stress of bearing τmax=34 N/mm2 ﹤ Design value of Shear stress resistance fv=180 N/mm2 ; Relative deflection v2=∫∫(M(x)/ EIdxdx+Cx+D= 1/325.5﹤ Deflection control value [v]= L/300. [Conclusion] The design has good structural performance, meets various indicator requirements, and to a certain extent solves the safety issues of the existing three-dimensional garage, ensuring the health of doctors and patients.
