摘 要:【目的】人工除雪将耗费不少人力物力,而融雪剂又会给环境带来很大的负面影响,此时,清除浮雪的小型除雪车能够在较多场景发挥重要作用,亟需设计一款灵活轻便的小型除雪车。【方法】通过对现有重型除雪车的工作原理进行分析,设计了一款具有除雪、破冰、推雪功能的小型除雪车。由动力学分析确定了该除雪车的工作状态,由振动分析确定了其固有频率。模拟其在实际条件下的运动状况,并使用有限元方法,对整体设计的强度、振动进行分析,确保结构运动的平稳性与可靠性。【结果】除雪车整体自振频率处于35.975 Hz~168.300 Hz,在各阶自振频率下,螺旋装置均产生了较大的变形,最大变形量为8.310 5 mm。【结论】为了保证除雪车工作的平稳运行,需要尽可能避免其运行频率处在固有频率范围内,可进一步避免产生共振,造成机械结构的损坏。

Virtual Design and Simulation Analysis of Small Snow Plow

Abstract: [Objective] Artificial snow removal will consume a lot of manpower and resources, and snow melting agents will bring great negative impacts to the environment. At this time, small snow plows for removing floating snow can play an important role in many scenarios, and it is urgent to design a flexible and lightweight small snow plow. [Method] By analyzing the working principle of existing heavy-duty snow plows, a small snow plow with functions of snow removal, ice breaking, and snow pushing was designed. The working state of the snow plow was determined through dynamic analysis, and its natural frequency was determined through vibration analysis. Simulate its motion under actual conditions, and use finite element method to analyze the strength and vibration of the overall design to ensure the smoothness and reliability of structural motion. [Result] The overall natural vibration frequency of the snow plow is between 35.975 Hz and 168.300 Hz. At each order of natural vibration frequency, the screw device has undergone significant deformation, with a maximum deformation of 8.310 5 mm. [Conclusion] In order to ensure the smooth operation of the snow plow, it is necessary to avoid its operating frequency within the natural frequency range as much as possible, which can further avoid resonance and damage to the mechanical structure.
