摘 要:【目的】鲜巨菌草颗粒制备装备的模孔是决定颗粒饲料成品质量和生产能耗的关键部件之一,为提高生产效率需对模孔关键参数展开研究。【方法】利用Design-Expert BBD(Box-Behnken Design)试验设计方法,基于非线性有限元软件ABAQUS 对鲜巨菌草颗粒饲料制备设备压制过程进行仿真。【结果】各因素的贡献率排序为锥口角度﹥锥口深度﹥模孔直径,模辊模孔的最优化设计参数组合为锥口角度45°、锥口深度5 mm、模孔直径6 mm。【结论】研究小组借助ABAQUS软件对鲜巨菌草颗粒制备装备关键部件进行仿真,可以获取模孔设计参数的最佳工艺组合,缩短产品设计周期,节省生产成本,为相关设计提供理论依据。

Simulation Study on Key Components of the Equipment for Preparing Fresh Giant Fungus Grass Granules

Abstract: [Objective] The mold hole of the granular equipment of fresh giant fungus grass granules is one of the key components that determine the quality of the finished granular feed and the energy consumption of production, and the key parameters of the die hole need to be studied in order to improve the production efficiency. [Method] The experimental design method of DesignExpert BBD (Box-Behnken Design) was used to simulate the pressing process of the fresh giant fungus grass granular feed preparation equipment based on the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS. [Result] The contribution rate of each factor is ranked as cone angle>cone depth>mold hole diameter. The optimal design parameter combination for the mold roller mold hole is 45° cone angle, 5 mm cone depth, and 6 mm mold hole diameter. [Conclusion] By using ABAQUS software to simulate the key components of the equipment for preparing fresh giant fungus grass granules, the optimal process combination of mold hole design parameters can be obtained, shortening the product design cycle, saving production costs, and providing a theoretical basis for related designs.
