三角农用钣金件成形工艺分析及模具结构设计

摘 要:【目的】在满足生产要求的前提下,设计出简单高效的冲压模具用以生产三角农用钣金件或者类似形状的钣金件。【方法】笔者研究了三角农用钣金件的结构特征,根据该钣金件的要求和特点制定出了合适的排样方案,确定了总体成形工艺方案为:落料→成形→冲孔,即该钣金件的成形一共需要三副模具,并着重分析了该钣金件的成形工艺和成形工序复合模具的结构设计及相关计算。【结果】该成形模具结构设计合理,能够可靠地完成送料、定位、冲压、出件等动作,生产效率高、 成本低,且完全满足设计要求。【结论】该三角农用钣金件成形工艺是一副较成功的模具设计,可为同类农用钣金件的生产提供借鉴。

Analysis of Forming Process and Die Structure Design for Triangle Agricultural Sheet Metal Parts

Abstract: [Objective] On the premise of meeting production requirements, design a simple and efficient stamping mold for producing triangular agricultural sheet metal parts or similar shaped sheet metal parts. [Method] The author studied the structural characteristics of triangular agricultural sheet metal parts, and developed a suitable layout plan based on the requirements and characteristics of the sheet metal parts. The overall forming process plan was determined to be: blanking→forming→punching, that is, the forming of the sheet metal part requires a total of three sets of molds. The focus was on analyzing the forming process of the sheet metal part and the structural design and related calculations of the composite mold for the forming process. [Result] The structural design of the forming die is reasonable, and it can reliably complete actions such as feeding, positioning, stamping, and ejecting parts, with high production efficiency, low cost, and fully meeting design requirements. [Conclusion] The triangular agricultural sheet metal forming process is a relatively successful mold design, which can provide reference for the production of similar agricultural sheet metal parts.
