摘 要：在乡村振兴过程中，高职院校承担重要使命。为了应对各种困难挑战，有必要超前谋划、提前布局，以探索高职院校助力乡村振兴的有效路径。研究小组从高职院校助力乡村振兴战略的意义出发，分别论述了高职院校在乡村产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴等方面的作用与意义。然后，从院校层面、乡村层面、政策层面三个角度剖析了当前高职院校助力乡村振兴过程中面临的问题，如统筹机制不健全、乡村持续发展内生动力不足、政府政策保障缺少协同联动等。基于此，进一步提出高职院校需要积极谋划布局，拓展路径，通过优化人才培养模式、加强产教融合、深化文化服务、强化协同治理等方式，真正为乡村人才、产业、文化、生态和组织振兴提供坚实支撑。

Abstract: In the process of rural revitalization, vocational colleges undertake important missions. In order to cope with various difficulties and challenges, it is necessary to plan and layout ahead of time to explore effective paths for vocational colleges to assist in rural revitalization. Starting from the significance of vocational colleges in promoting rural revitalization strategy, the research group discussed the role and significance of vocational colleges in rural industry revitalization, talent revitalization, cultural revitalization, and other aspects. Then, the current problems faced by vocational colleges in assisting rural revitalization were analyzed from three perspectives: institutional level, rural level, and policy level, such as inadequate coordination mechanisms, insufficient endogenous motivation for rural sustainable development, and lack of coordinated government policy support. Based on this, it is further proposed that vocational colleges need to actively plan their layout, expand their paths, and provide solid support for rural talent, industry, culture, ecology, and organizational revitalization by optimizing talent cultivation mode, strengthening the integration of industry and education, deepening cultural services, and strengthening collaborative governance.
