三位一体培养模式在“机械设计”课程教学中的探索实践

摘 要:【目的】“机械设计”课程的教学质量对毕业生能否快速进入工程师角色至关重要,为了提高本课程教学效果,实现更高水平的理论教学与工程实践融合培养,亟须探索创新课程教学模式。【方法】课题组以景德镇学院机械电子工程学院统招本科机械设计制造及其自动化专业大二、大三学生为主要研究对象,提出将本科生开展科研训练+项目驱动+竞赛促学三位一体培养模式融入“机械设计”课程教学中,贯穿全项目、全时域、全过程,挖掘学生创造潜能,培养学生解决实际工程问题的能力。同时,建设“双师双能型”青年教师队伍,促使教师真正做好学生的引路人。【结果】三位一体培养模式的实施激发了学生主观能动性,打破了传统“一考定成绩”的考核方式,为地方性应用型本科院校相关专业课程教学改革提供了参考,有利于培养基础扎实的高素质工程类人才,从而服务地方产业升级,助力地方经济发展。

Exploration and Practice of Trinity Training Mode in the Teaching of “Mechanical Design” Course

Abstract: [Objective] The teaching quality of the “Mechanical Design” course is crucial for graduates to quickly enter the role of engineers. In order to improve the teaching effectiveness of this course and achieve a higher level of integration of theoretical teaching and engineering practice, it is urgent to explore innovative teaching models for the course. [Method] The research group mainly focuses on sophomores and juniors majoring in mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation from the School of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering of Jingdezhen University. It puts forward the trinity training mode of “undergraduate scientific research training+project driving+competition promotion” to integrate into the teaching of the “Mechanical Design” course, which runs through the whole project, the whole time domain and the whole process, excavates the students’ creative potential, and cultivates the students’ ability to solve practical engineering problems. At the same time, a team of young teachers with “dual teachers and dual abilities” has been established, promoting teachers to truly serve as guides for students. [Result] The implementation of the trinity training model has stimulated students’ subjective initiative, broken the traditional assessment method of “one exam determines grades”, provided reference for the teaching reform of relevant professional courses in local applied undergraduate colleges, and is conducive to cultivating high-quality engineering talents with a solid foundation, thereby serving the upgrading of local industries and assisting local economic development.
