摘 要:【目的】解决目前国内沙漠固沙机器智能化程度低、人工成本高、治理周期长等问题。【方法】课题组设计了一种新型的用于沙漠治理的智能固沙机器人,综合分析了设备的整体结构及工作原理,包括横、纵向送草机构、轧草机构等,并基于 Boustrophedon算法和双向搜索算法,为设备搭载了GPS定位器,可根据实际情况对固沙机器人的种插路径进行规划,优化草方格的种植面积。【结果】该机器具备人工操作和智能操作两种模式,能够高效快捷地种插草方格,减少人工成本的投入,实现沙漠治理、防风固沙。【结论】本设计对治理荒漠化以及绿色植被的恢复工作具有较为重大的意义,可为沙漠地区提供技术支持和解决方案。

Design of a Robot for Sand Barrier Laying

Abstract: [Objective] To solve the problems of low intelligence, high labor cost, and long governance cycle of desert sand fixation machines in China. [Method] The research group designed a new type of intelligent sand fixation robot for desert governance, comprehensively analyzed the overall structural and working principle of the equipment, including horizontal and vertical grass feeding mechanisms, grass rolling mechanisms, etc. Based on the Boustrophedon algorithm and bidirectional search algorithm, the equipment was equipped with a GPS locator. The insertion path of the sand fixation robot can be planned according to the actual situation, and the planting area of the grass grid can be optimized. [Result] The machine has two modes of manual operation and intelligent operation. People can efficiently and quickly plant and insert grass squares, reduce labor costs, and achieve desert governance, wind prevention and sand fixation. [Conclusion] This design has significant implications for the control of desertification and the restoration of green vegetation, and can provide technical support and solutions for desert areas.
