摘 要：江宁作为首批国家全域旅游示范区，大力推进文旅融合发展助力乡村振兴。课题组从资源禀赋、地理位置、交通设 施、经济基础等方面分析了江宁发展文旅产业的优势，梳理了近些年江宁关于美丽乡村的政策规划，实地调查记录了代表性美丽乡村的发展，总结概括了江宁美丽乡村文旅融合发展的路径：整合优势资源，做强做大“源文化”，实现“源文化”的规模化发展；保护生态资源，农文旅深度融合，推动一二三产业融合发展；深入挖掘区域文化因子，打造代表性文旅新地标，以点带面，带动全域旅游；推进乡村公共文化建设，延伸文旅产业链。课题组通过实地调查、案例研究，探析了江宁文旅融合发展的实绩和路径，以期对乡村振兴背景下的乡村旅游发展提供示范与借鉴。

Research on the Development Path of Cultural Tourism Integration in Jiangning Beautiful Countryside under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract: Jiangning, as one of the first batch of national comprehensive tourism demonstration zones, vigorously promotes the integration of cultural and tourism development to assist in rural revitalization. The research group analyzed the advantages of developing the cultural and tourism industry in Jiangning from aspects such as resource endowment, geographical location, transportation facilities, and economic foundation. It sorted out Jiangning’s policy plans for beautiful rural areas in recent years, conducted on-site investigations and recorded the development of representative beautiful rural areas, and summarized the path for the integrated development of Jiangning’s beautiful countryside cultural and tourism: integrating advantageous resources, strengthening and expanding “source culture”, and achieving the large-scale development of “source culture”; protecting ecological resources, deeply integrating agriculture, culture, and tourism, and promoting the integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries; digging into regional cultural factors, creating representative new cultural and tourism landmarks, so as to promote regional tourism from point to area; promoting the construction of rural public culture, and extending the cultural and tourism industry chain. Through field investigation and case study, the research group analysed the achievements and paths of the integrated development of culture and tourism in Jiangning, with the aim of providing a demonstration and reference for the development of rural tourism in the context of rural revitalization.
