摘 要：农业是促进国家经济发展的重要产业，而农产品长期以来存在的“优质低价”问题尚未解决，研究农产品附加价值的提升路径迫在眉睫。金寨县以山核桃为代表的特色农产品众多，但由于深加工程度低，产业发展缓慢，附加价值一直处于低水平。在乡村振兴的大背景下，课题组介绍了金寨县山核桃产业优劣并存的发展现状，针对其目前所存在的精加工能力不足、创新突破不足、组织管理薄弱、销售渠道狭窄、基础设施落后、产品成本高等问题，从持续深耕深加工、纵向延伸产业链，充分利用副产物、横向拓宽产业链，实施品牌战略、促进山核桃产业提质增效，借助渠道赋能、优化传统模式，鼓励技术创新、培养优质产品等方面提出了可行性建议，以期达到提升金寨山核桃产品附加价值、助力金寨地区经济发展的目标，并为乡村振兴战略的落实、落小、落细贡献绵薄之力。

Ways to Improve the Added Value of Agricultural Products under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization*
—Taking Hickory in Jinzhai County as an Example

Abstract: Agriculture is an important industry to promote national economic development, and the problem of “high quality and low price” of agricultural products has not been solved for a long time. It is urgent to study the path to enhance the added value of agricultural products. There are many characteristic agricultural products in Jinzhai County, such as hickory. However, due to the low degree of deep processing, the industrial development is slow, and the added value has been at a low level. Under the background of rural revitalization, the research group introduced the current development status of the hickory industry in Jinzhai County, which is characterized by both advantages and disadvantages. Aiming at the problems of insufficient finishing capacity, insufficient innovation breakthrough, weak organization and management, narrow sales channels, backward infrastructure, high product cost, etc., the research group put forward feasible suggestions in the aspects of continuous deep cultivation and deep processing, vertically extending the industrial chain, making full use of the by-products, horizontally expanding the industrial chain, implementing branding strategy, promoting the quality of hickory industry, optimizing the traditional mode with the help of channel empowerment, encouraging technological innovation, and cultivating the quality products. Feasible suggestions have been put forward in terms of high-quality products, with a view to achieving the goal of enhancing the added value of Jinzhai County hickory products, helping the economic development of Jinzhai County, and contributing to the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization in a small and detailed manner.
