摘 要:【目的】探求合理的热处理工艺方法,解决热作模具钢冲击韧性差易开裂、热硬性低易塌陷以及高温时材料的耐磨性不高导致模具使用寿命明显降低等一系列的问题。【方法】笔者深入分析了 3Cr2W8V 的临界点、化学成分、力学性能及锻造、退火、淬火、回火等工艺性能,探究了3Cr2W8V高温淬火工艺、控制淬硬层淬火工艺、贝氏体等温淬火工艺等 3Cr2W8V钢热处理新工艺,同时分析比较了3Cr2W8V钢热处理工艺优化方法。【结果】3Cr2W8V最优性能的获得条件为: 快速预冷退火+1 060 ℃×20 min淬火+550 ℃×2 h二次回火,该工艺可以大大提高其强韧性,延长使用寿命,目前被广泛应用于锻模、热挤压模和压铸模等模具的制造中。【结论】合理的热处理工艺可以进一步挖掘3Cr2W8V的综合力学潜能,使得3Cr2W8V具有更广阔的应用前景。

Research on the Application of Heat Treatment Technology in the Manufacturing Process of Hot Extrusion Die

Abstract: [Objective] To explore a reasonable heat treatment process method to solve a series of problems such as poor impact toughness, easy cracking, low thermal hardness, easy collapse, and low wear resistance of materials at high temperatures, which significantly reduce the service life of molds. [Method] The author conducted an in-depth analysis of the critical point, chemical composition, mechanical properties, and forging, annealing, quenching, tempering and other process properties of 3Cr2W8V. Explored new heat treatment processes for 3Cr2W8V steel, including high-temperature quenching process, controlled quenching layer quenching process, and bainite isothermal quenching process. At the same time, analyzed and compared the optimization methods for the heat treatment process of 3Cr2W8V steel. [Result] The optimal performance of 3Cr2W8V was obtained under the following conditions: rapid pre cooling annealing+1 060 ℃×20 min quenching+550 ℃×the 2-hour secondary tempering process, it can greatly improve its strength and toughness, extend its service life, and is currently widely used in the manufacturing of forging molds, hot extrusion molds, and die-casting molds. [Conclusion] Reasonable heat treatment process can further tap into the comprehensive mechanical potential of 3Cr2W8V, making 3Cr2W8V have broader application prospects.
