摘 要:【目的】探索构建全真创新创业平台的创业实践体系和作品产品化实现路径,提高高职学生的创新创业能力。【方法】课题组以园艺技术专业为例,通过“意识培养、团队选拔、阶梯递进、实践成长”四个阶段构建课程体系;“教-学-训-创”多 维协同,搭建全真创新创业平台;建构“作品产品化”和“课程公司”的实现路径,建设“三导师”联动的师资队伍,设计50学分的专业创业课程。【结果】提高了教师对创新创业教育的认同度和参与度,极大地激发了学生的学习兴趣和积极性,培养了一批具有专业创业意识、职业创新能力,并且能够实施创业行为的高素质劳动者和技术技能型人才。【结论】全真创新创业平台的创业实践体系培养了学生的创业能力,但还缺乏相应高标准的课程评价体系,无法有效对课程进行诊断、修正和成效判断,因此,形成一个完整的创新创业教育课程评价体系将是未来主要的研究方向。

Construction and Practice of a Talent Training Model for the Deep Integration of Professional Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Agricultural Vocational Colleges—Based on the Major of Horticultural Technique

Abstract: [Objective] Explore the construction of a comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship platform for entrepreneurial practice systems and the path to product realization of works, and improve the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of vocational college students. [Method] Taking the major of horticultural technique as an example, the research group constructed a curriculum system through four stages: “awareness cultivation, team selection, step-by-step progress, and practical growth”; building a comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship platform through multi-dimensional collaboration of “teaching learning training innovation”. Construct the implementation path of “product oriented work” and “course company”, build a teaching team with “three mentors” linkage, and design 50 credit professional entrepreneurship courses. [Result] The recognition and participation of teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship education have been improved, greatly stimulating students’ learning interest and enthusiasm, and cultivating a group of high-quality workers and technical skilled talents with professional entrepreneurial awareness, professional innovation ability, and able to implement entrepreneurial behavior. [Conclusion] The entrepreneurial practice system of the comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship platform has cultivated students’ entrepreneurial abilities, but there is still a lack of corresponding high standard curriculum evaluation system, which cannot effectively diagnose, revise, and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum. Therefore, forming a complete innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum evaluation system will be the main research direction in the future.
