摘 要：【目的】避免多套单工序模造成的定位误差，设计复合模难以完成的复杂形状工件，在保证工件精度的基础上进一步提高生产效率。【方法】课题组提出了一种多工位级进模的设计方法，以表芯盖为例，从材料、结构、精度等方面对表芯盖展开分析，对其进行多工位级进模设计，设计出了表芯盖生产的首次拉深—第二次拉深—整形—冲孔—落料多工位级进模。【结果】排样方式为单排直排，步距58 mm，采用双侧刃和导正销共同定位；模具采用正装结构，实现零件和废料的自然分离；凹模按工位分别制作，利用固定板固定；拉深工位凹模内安装弹性顶件器，方便工件顶出。【结论】模具未开设空工位，极大地简化了模具结构，减小了模具整体尺寸，节约了加工成本。用多工位级进模设计的材料利用率为60%，不仅成本低，而且生产效率较高，未来能够进一步推动生产现代化、智能化发展。
Multi-position Progressive Die Design for Watch-Movement Cover

Abstract: [Objective] To avoid positioning errors caused by multiple sets of single process molds, design complex shaped workpieces that are difficult to complete with composite molds, and further improve production efficiency while ensuring workpiece accuracy. [Method] The research group proposed a design method for a multi-position progressive die. Taking the watch core cover as an example, it analyzed the material, structure, accuracy, and other aspects of the watch core cover, and designed a multi-position progressive die for it. We have designed a multi-position progressive die for the production of watch core covers, which includes first drawing, second drawing, shaping, punching, and blanking. [Result] The layout method is single row straight layout, with a step distance of 58 mm, and is positioned together with double-sided blades and guide pins. The mold adopts a formal structure to achieve natural separation of parts and waste. The concave mold is made according to the workstation and fixed with a fixed plate. An elastic ejector is installed in the concave mold of the deep drawing station to facilitate the ejection of the workpiece. [Conclusion] The absence of empty workstations in the mold greatly simplifies the mold structure, reduces the overall size of the mold, and saves processing costs. The material utilization rate designed with multi-station progressive molds is 60%, which not only has low cost but also high production efficiency. In the future, it can further promote the modernization and intelligent development of production.
