基于“岗课赛证”融通的“塑料模具数字化设计”课程改革与实践

摘 要:【目的】培养满足注塑制品生产企业和模具企业对注塑模具设计岗位的技能要求的高素质人才,使学生达到国家模具设计师(中级)的职业技能和职业资格标准。【方法】课题组以佛山职业技术学院为例,针对高职模具专业核心课“塑料模具数字化设计”课程改革的背景、现状和问题,探讨了该课程进行“岗课赛证”四位一体融合课程改革的必要性,根据企业行业要求、职业标准、技能大赛、1+X证书标准,形成以注塑模具设计员岗位能力为目标,以典型注塑模具结构设计为主线,以企 业真实案例为载体,以培养劳模精神、工匠精神为思政要素的“岗课赛证”融合课程改革与实践的育人模式。【结果与结论】佛山职业技术学院经过“塑料模具数字化设计”课程“岗课赛证”融通的课程改革实践后,充分激发了学生的学习兴趣,学生的课堂积极性大大提高,其学习成绩、课程完成度、出勤率相较于传统教学模式都有一定提升,为其他相关课程的教学改革提供了较大的参考价值。

Reform and Practice of the Course “Digital Design of Plastic Mold” Based on the Integration of “Job Course Competition and Certification”

Abstract: [Objective] To cultivate high-quality talents who meet the skill requirements of injection molding product production enterprises and mold enterprises for injection molding mold design positions, so that students can meet the professional skills and qualification standards of national mold designers (intermediate level). [Method] Taking Foshan Vocational and Technical College as an example, the research group discussed the background, current situation, and problems of the reform of the core course “Digital Design of Plastic Mold” in vocational mold majors. The necessity of implementing the “job course competition and certification” four in one integrated course reform was discussed. Based on the industry requirements, professional standards, skill competitions, and “1+X” certificate standards of enterprises, the goal was to establish the ability of injection mold designers, The “job course competition and certification” education model integrates curriculum reform and practice, with typical injection mold structure design as the main line, real enterprise cases as the carrier, and the cultivation of labor model spirit and craftsman spirit as ideological and political elements. [Result and Conclusion] After the curriculum reform practice of integrating the “Digital Design of Plastic Mold” course and the “job course competition and certification”, Foshan Vocational and Technical College has fully stimulated students’ learning interest, greatly improved their classroom enthusiasm, and improved their academic performance, course completion rate, and attendance rate compared to traditional teaching models, providing a significant reference value for the teaching reform of other related courses.
