摘 要:【目的】根据职业技术院校的类型与特色提升教育教学质量,增强职业教育的适应性,探索“岗课赛证”相互融通的人才培养模式。【方法】课题组分析了当前职业教育“岗课赛证”融通的现状和问题,深刻理解了“岗课赛证”的融合内涵,以汽车制造与试验技术专业为研究对象,探究了该专业当前发展遇到的瓶颈与问题,并进一步提出了针对性的解决措施。【结果与结论】通过设置新型课程体系,完成了与“岗课赛证”标准的衔接,同时,丰富了教学体系,深化“三教”工作内容改革,在施教中不断吸取 教学经验,改变教学路径,设置成果导向、持续改良的多元评量机制,制定了“岗课赛证”融通的人才培养策略。在提升职业教育人才培养适应性的同时,提高了学科教学质量和效率,能够为相关领域培养更多高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠。

Research on the Teaching Reform Based on the Integration of “Post, Class, Competition and Certificate”—Taking Automotive Manufacturing and Testing Technology as an Example

Abstract: [Objective] According to the types and characteristics of vocational and technical colleges, improve the quality of education and teaching, enhance the adaptability of vocational education, and explore a talent cultivation model that integrates “post, class, competition and certificate”. [Method] The research group analyzed the current situation and problems of the integration of “post, class, competition and certificate” in vocational education, deeply understood the connotation of the integration of “post, class, competition and certificate”, took the automotive manufacturing and experimental technology major as the research object, explored the bottlenecks and problems encountered in the current development of the major, and further proposed targeted solutions. [Result and Conclusion] By setting up a new curriculum system, the connection with the “post, class, competition and certificate” standard has been completed. At the same time, the teaching system has been enriched, the reform of the “three education” work content has been deepened, teaching experience has been continuously absorbed in teaching, teaching paths have been changed, and a diversified evaluation mechanism with result orientation and continuous improvement has been established. A talent cultivation strategy for the integration of “post, class, competition and certificate” has been developed. While enhancing the adaptability of vocational education talent cultivation, it has also improved the quality and efficiency of subject teaching, which can cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents, skilled craftsmen, and great country craftsmen for related fields.
