摘 要：【目的】健全惠农信息乡村传播机制，使惠农信息真正实现“惠农”“利农”，为相关研究提供现实借鉴，促进乡村产业振兴和经济振兴。【方法】课题组以湘西土家族苗族自治州保靖县Y村为例，通过文献分析法、问卷调查法和实地访谈法分析 了湘西Y村惠农信息的传播现状，提出了惠农信息乡村传播中的村民信息困境。【结果】从信源、信道、信宿三个方面看，受信息需求分化与供给统一矛盾、传播模式和方式不合理、村民信息素养差异大和村干部自由裁量权大这些因素的影响，存在村民对惠农信息关注度低、惠农信息传播不到位、惠农信息不对称的困境。【结论】基于上述困境，课题组提出了优化惠农信息传播方式和拓宽传播渠道、提升村民信息素养、规范惠农信息传播内容、健全信息监督反馈机制等解决策略，以期进一步提高惠农信息的乡村传播效果，促进乡村全面振兴。

Research on Villager Information Dilemma and Solution Strategy in Rural Dissemination of Benefiting-Famers Information—Taking Y Village in Baojing County of Xiangxi as an Example

Abstract: [Objective] To improve the rural dissemination mechanism of benefiting-famers information, so that benefiting-famers information can truly realize benefiting farmers, provide practical reference for relevant research, and promote the revitalization of rural industries and economy. [Method] Taking Y Village, Baojing County, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture as an example, the research group analyzed the current situation of the dissemination of information on benefiting farmers in Y Village, Xiangxi through literature analysis, questionnaire survey, and on-site interviews, and proposed the information dilemma of villagers in the dissemination of information on benefiting farmers in rural areas. [Result] From the perspectives of information sources, channels, and accommodation, there are difficulties such as low attention from villagers to information on benefiting farmers, inadequate dissemination of information on benefiting farmers, and asymmetric information on benefiting farmers, which are influenced by the contradiction between information demand differentiation and supply unity, unreasonable dissemination modes and methods, significant differences in information literacy among villagers, and large discretionary power of village cadres. [Conclusion] Based on the above difficulties, the research group has proposed solutions such as optimizing the dissemination methods and expanding channels of benefiting-famers information, improving villagers’ information literacy, standardizing the content of benefiting-famers information dissemination, and improving the information supervision and feedback mechanism, in order to further improve the rural dissemination effect of benefiting-famers information and promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
