摘 要:【目的】我国果园机械化程度和机械化普及率较低,果园机械化割草机的应用有助于提升果园割草的高效性。【方法】 课题组综合阐述了果园割草机切割装置、行走系统、仿形装置等关键部件以及导航、避障和自动识别等关键技术的研究现状,并对果园割草机的发展进行了展望。【结果】割草机的研发设计应注重与农艺相融合,并将传感器技术和信号处理技术应用到割草机的自身优化上,以提高割草机具的使用性能与耐久度,提升全机器生产效率、切割刀具的应用效益与使用年限。【结论】未来需加强对割草机核心部件的研发创新、生产制造,提升割草机的生产制造水平,实现割草机自动化、智能化、信息化应用,推进果园智能机械化割草进程。

Research Status and Prospects of Orchard Mowers

Abstract: [Objective] The degree and popularization rate of mechanization in orchards in China are relatively low. The application of mechanized lawn mowers in orchards can help improve the efficiency of orchard mowing. [Method] The research group comprehensively elaborated on the current research status of key components such as the cutting device, walking system and profiling device of orchard lawn mowers, as well as key technologies such as navigation, obstacle avoidance and automatic recognition, and looked forward to the development of orchard lawn mowers. [Result] The research and development design of lawn mowers should focus on integrating with agronomy, and apply sensor technology and signal processing technology to the self optimization of lawn mowers, in order to improve the performance and durability of lawn mowers, enhance the overall production efficiency of the machine, the application benefits and service life of cutting tools. [Conclusion] In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the research and development innovation, production and manufacturing of core components of lawn mowers, improve the production and manufacturing level of lawn mowers, achieve the automation, intelligence, and information application of lawn mowers, and promote the process of intelligent mechanized lawn mowing in orchards.
