摘 要:【目的】进一步降低劳动力成本,解决水果标签易撕毁、人工贴标费时费力、资源浪费等问题,利用PLC技术提升水果贴标的效率和质量。【方法】课题组利用数学动力学模型,提出了一款基于PLC的水果气动打标机,分析并设计了水果气动打标机的气动系统与控制系统。控制系统硬件部分设计了PLC控制器的模块选型及各执行模块的运行参数,软件部分设计了PLC内部I/O地址分配以及梯形图的编制。【结果】将水果气动打标机在果皮上进行仿真实验,其打标速度较快,果肉完整未被破坏,工作效率与工作质量明显高于人工。【结论】基于PLC控制的气动打标机同时具备气动技术和PLC技术的优点, 工作介质经济易取,环保无污染,可控性好,能通过PLC程序实现水果类农产品的自动供料及快速打印,在较恶劣的环境中和速度要求较快的流水线上均能使用,具有推广价值。

Design of Control System of Fruit Pneumatic Marking Machine Based on PLC

Abstract: [Objective] To further reduce labor costs, solve problems such as easy tearing of fruit labels, time-consuming and laborious manual labeling, and resource waste, and use PLC technology to improve the efficiency and quality of fruit labeling. [Method] The research group used mathematical dynamics models to propose a fruit pneumatic marking machine based on PLC, and analyzed and designed the pneumatic system and control system of the fruit pneumatic marking machine. The hardware part of the control system is designed with module selection of PLC controller and operating parameters of each execution module. The software part is designed with internal I/O address allocation of PLC and ladder diagram compilation. [Result] A simulation experiment was conducted on a fruit peel using a pneumatic marking machine. The marking speed was fast, the pulp was intact and not damaged, and the work efficiency and quality were significantly higher than those of manual labor. [Conclusion] The pneumatic marking machine based on PLC control has the advantages of both pneumatic technology and PLC technology. The working medium is economical and easy to obtain, environmentally friendly and pollution-free, and has good controllability. It can achieve automatic feeding and rapid printing of fruit agricultural products through PLC programs. It can be used in harsh environments and on assembly lines with fast speed requirements, and has promotional value.
