摘 要:针对振动筛分机电机底座设计质量冗余的问题,采用ANSYS Workbench仿真平台拓扑优化模块对振动筛分机电机底座进行拓扑分析。基于拓扑优化找到冗余部分,通过尺寸联合优化得出最终结构。结果显示,优化前后底座的强度和刚度变化较小但质量减轻了10%,达到了结构轻量化的目的。

Topology Optimization and Size Joint Optimization Based on Drilling Fluid Vibrating Screen Motor Base

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of redundant design quality of vibrating screen motor base, topology optimization module of ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze the topology of vibrating screen motor base. The redundant parts are found through topology optimization, and then the final structure is obtained through dimensional joint optimization. The results show that the strength and stiffness changes of the optimized front and rear base is small, but the mass is reduced by 10%, which achieves the purpose of structural lightweight.
