摘 要:【目的】提高汽车行李架加工效率,设计一种机器人自动上下料装置。【方法】通过研究机器人自动上下料工艺流程,对机器人自动上下料装置进行了整体设计。【结果】机器人自动上下料装置利用储料式传送带集中供料,对零件进行传送、分离、检测后,机器人抓取和搬运,完成上料操作,将成品有序地放在下料车中,完成码垛操作。【结论】采用工业机器人替代工人进行上下料操作,车间生产状态从一人操作一台设备变成一人操作多台设备,可降低人力成本,提高企业生产效率。

Application of Robot Automatic Loading and Unloading in Automobile Luggage Rack Processing

Abstract: [Objective] To improve the processing efficiency of automobile luggage rack, a robot automatic feeding and unloading device is designed. [Method] Through the research of robot automatic feeding and unloading process, the robot automatic feeding and unloading device is designed as a whole. [Result] The robot automatic feeding and unloading device uses the storage type conveyor belt to provide material, and after the transmission, separation and detection of the parts, the robot grabs and carries, completes the feeding operation, and puts the finished products in the loading car in order to complete the palletizing operation. [Conclusion] The use of industrial robots to replace workers for feeding and unloading operation, the production status of the workshop is changed from one person operating one equipment to one person operating multiple equipment, which can reduce the labor cost and improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.
