摘 要：红色文化资源是中华民族最宝贵的物质财富与精神财富，也是推动红色乡村实现振兴的内生动力。基于此，课题组深入分析了被誉为“红军村”的贵州黄连村的红色文化资源利用现状，发现其存在红色文化资源开发力度不足、开发意识不高及专业人才匮乏等现实困境，并提出了完善基础设施建设、创新红色文化展现形式、加大红色文化宣传力度、打造“红色文化+”辐射模式等助力乡村振兴的路径建议。研究结果表明，将红色文化资源转化为乡村振兴路上的“红色动能”，将“红色基因”转化为“发展基因”，以红色信仰之光照耀乡村振兴之路，可以有效助力乡村全面振兴，实现红色文化发展与乡村全面振兴有效衔接。

Development and Exploration of Red Cultural Resources in the Context of Rural Revitalization

Abstract: Red cultural resources are the most precious material and spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation, as well as the endogenous driving force for promoting the revitalization of red rural areas. Based on this, the research group conducted an in depth analysis of the current situation of the utilization of red cultural resources in Huanglian Village, Guizhou, which is known as the “Red Army Village”. It was found that there are practical difficulties such as insufficient development of red cultural resources, low development awareness and a shortage of professional talents. We also proposed improving infrastructure construction, innovating forms of red cultural display, and increasing the promotion of red culture suggestions for building a “red culture+” radiation model and other paths to assist rural revitalization. The research results indicate that transforming red cultural resources into “red kinetic energy” on the road of rural revitalization, transforming “red genes” into “development genes”, and shining the light of red faith on the road of rural revitalization can effectively assist in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, and achieve effective connection between the development of red culture and the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
