摘 要:【目的】设计一种可以实现一次装夹多位置、多角度加工的可调节式专用机床夹具,提高机床加工的自动化程度,进而提高企业生产效率。【方法】以卧式镗床加工套筒零件左右端面工序为例,设计专用卧式镗床夹具,可实现工件定位夹紧后的多角度旋转。在加工完一个端面后,无需重新装夹定位,可通过手摇杆、轴承等部件带动工件旋转至另一端面进行钻孔加工。同时,所设计夹具设计了由夹具头、手摇杆、轴承等部件组成的多角度调节机构,由电机、偏心轮以及滑轨组成的沿机床主轴垂直方向角度可调的角度微调节机构,通过上述各机构使得刀具在加工零件时可实现一次装夹多位置、多角度加工。【结果】显著缩短了加工过程中的辅助工时,进而提高了生产效率。

A Design of Multi-Angle Parts Machining Clamp

Abstract: [Objective] To design an adjustable specialized machine tool fixture that can achieve multi position and multi angle machining at once, improve the automation level of machine tool machining, and thereby improve the production efficiency of enterprises. [Method] Taking the process of machining the left and right end faces of sleeve parts on a horizontal boring machine as an example, a specialized horizontal boring machine fixture is designed to achieve multi angle rotation of the workpiece after positioning and clamping. After machining one end face, there is no need to re clamp and position it. The workpiece is driven to rotate to the other end face for drilling processing through components such as hand cranks and bearings. At the same time, the designed fixture features a multi angle adjustment mechanism consisting of the fixture head, hand rocker, bearings, and other components, as well as a micro angle adjustment mechanism consisting of an electric motor, an eccentric wheel, and a slide rail that can adjust the angle vertically along the machine tool spindle. Through these mechanisms, the tool can achieve multi position and multi angle machining at once when machining parts. [Result] Significantly shortened the auxiliary working hours during the processing, thereby improved production efficiency.
