摘 要:农民始终是乡村振兴的主体和核心,其主体性的发挥程度,直接关系着乡村振兴的推进力度和建设成效。但随着城镇化、工业化的不断发展,很多农民脱离农业从事非农产业,农村“空心化”“老龄化”程度加重,加之农民自身主体意识薄弱、农民文化水平较低且接受再教育条件欠佳等原因,农民群体主体性的发挥程度偏低。基于此,课题组提出了乡村振兴背景下培育农民主体意识、提升农民主体性的可行性建议:深入推动“共同缔造”,激发农民的主动性和创造性;明确各级各类主体责、权、利的界限,突出农民主体性地位,维护农民的合法权益;加强农民再教育建设,向农民提供再教育的资源条件,提升农民的文化水平、综合素质和自信心。

Research on Cultivating the Main Body of Rural Revitalization under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract: Farmers are always the main body and core of rural revitalization, and the degree of their subjectivity is directly related to the promotion and construction validity of rural revitalization. However, with the continuous development of urbanization and industrialization, many peasants have left agriculture to engage in non-agricultural industries, and the degree of “hollowing out” and “aging” in the countryside has increased, coupled with the weak awareness of the main body of the peasants themselves, and their low cultural level and poor conditions for receiving re-education, the degree of subjectivity of peasant groups has been low. The degree to which the subjectivity of peasant groups is brought into play is on the low side. Based on this, the research group puts forward feasible suggestions for fostering farmers’ subjective awareness and enhancing their subjectivity in the context of rural revitalization: to promote “common building” in depth and stimulate farmers’ initiative and creativity; to clarify the boundaries of the responsibilities, rights and interests of various types of subjects at all levels, to emphasize the status of farmers’ subjectivity and safeguard farmers’ lawful rights and interests; to strengthen the construction of re-education for farmers, to provide them with the resources and conditions for re-education, and to enhance their cultural level, comprehensive quality, and self-confidence.
