摘 要:【目的】设计一种适用于工业装配线上喷涂的工业喷涂系统,具有喷涂和包装所需物品的功能。【方法】通过西门子 S7-1200PLC的控制来实现工业自动化喷胶,喷涂的胶水减少了工业装配线箱子运输和堆放的工作量,提高了工作效率;以工业生产的自动化喷胶机、点胶机等机器作为参考物进行机器的设计,利用PLC可编程控制器与MCGS昆仑通态触摸屏幕的交互作用进行通信达到自动化控制的预期效果;通过触摸屏的控制可以调节和设置需要的功能来控制机器的喷枪模式等。【结果与结论】通过人机交互界面可以方便工作人员对机器进行控制和操作。该产品的设计能够为工业产物运输带来巨大的帮助,使用特定胶水进行喷胶可以避免箱体在运输途中脱落而产生不必要的损失。

Design of Industrial Spray Glue System Based on PLC

Abstract: [Objective] Design an industrial spray coating system suitable for spray coating on industrial assembly lines, with the function of spraying and packaging the required items. [Method] The main method is to achieve industrial automation glue spraying through the control of Siemens S7-1200 PLC. The sprayed glue reduces the workload and improves work efficiency for the transportation and stacking of industrial assembly line boxes. The design of the machine is based on the industrial production of automated glue spraying machines, dispensing machines, and other machines, as well as the use of PLC programmable controllers to communicate with the MCGS Kunlun touch screen to achieve the expected effect of automation control. By controlling the touch screen, the required functions can be adjusted and set to control the spray gun mode of the machine. [Result and Conclusion] The human-machine interaction interface can facilitate the control and operation of machines by workers. The design of this product can bring great help to the transportation of industrial products, and using specific glue for spraying can avoid unnecessary losses caused by the box falling off during transportation.
