摘 要:【目的】满足新能源汽车电子水阀高精度、高可靠性、高集成度的要求。【方法】本研究设计了一种基于3D霍尔传感器的电动汽车水阀控制系统,该系统选用MLX90363霍尔传感器进行位置信号采集,采用基于LIN的电机专用驱动芯片MLX81332进行位置信号处理与逻辑控制,并设计了包括结构、硬件电路和控制程序等的水阀控制方案。【结果】该系统具有集成度高、成本低、可靠性高以及精度高等优点,可广泛应用于汽车水阀控制系统中。【结论】电动汽车水阀控制系统研究可以保证汽车整车的安全性、节能性以及舒适性,有助于推动汽车产业向智能化、集成化、轻量化的方向快速发展。

Design of Automotive Electronic Water Valve Controller Based on 3D Hall Sensor

Abstract: [Objective] To meet the requirements of high precision, high reliability and high integration of electronic water valves for new energy vehicles. [Method] This study designed an electric vehicle water valve control system based on 3D Hall sensor. The system uses the MLX90363 Hall sensor for position signal acquisition, and uses a LIN based motor specific driver chip MLX81332 for position signal processing and logic control. A water valve control scheme including structure, hardware circuit, and control program is designed. [Result] The system has the advantages of high integration, low cost, high reliability and high accuracy, and can be widely used in automotive water valve control systems. [Conclusion] The research on electric vehicle water valve control system can ensure the safety, energy efficiency and comfort of the entire vehicle, and help promote the rapid development of the automotive industry towards intelligence, integration, and lightweighting.
