摘 要：高等职业教育与乡村振兴密切相关，涉农高职院校在服务乡村振兴方面有得天独厚的优势。文章首先对乡村振兴战略和涉农高职院校服务乡村振兴的意义进行介绍。然后指出涉农高职院校服务乡村振兴中存在的问题：未建立完善的体系；学生农村就业率偏低；高等职业教育资源分配不均匀，涉农高职院校资金拨款较少；高等职业教育教学与乡村振兴实际环节脱钩等。最后结合实际情况探讨涉农高职院校服务乡村振兴的有效路径：政府引导，统筹资源服务乡村振兴；优化涉农专业人才培养方案，培养更合适的农业技术人才；加强与乡镇企业合作，联合培养人才；创建高质量师资团队，优化专业设置。为涉农高职院校如何高效服务乡村振兴提供一些思路和参考。

Research on the Path of Serving Rural Revitalization by Agriculture-Related Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: Higher vocational education is closely related to rural revitalization, and agriculture-related higher vocational colleges and universities have unique advantages in serving rural revitalization. The article firstly introduces the significance of rural revitalization strategy and agriculture-related higher vocational colleges serving rural revitalization, and then points out the problems in agriculture-related higher vocational colleges serving rural revitalization, such as: not establishing a perfect system; low employment rate of students in rural areas; uneven distribution of higher vocational education resources, less funding allocation for agriculture-related higher vocational colleges; decoupling of higher vocational education teaching from the actual aspects of rural revitalization. Finally, the effective paths for agriculture-related higher vocational colleges to serve rural revitalization are discussed in the light of the actual situation: the government leads and coordinates resources to serve rural revitalization; optimizes the training programs of agriculture-related majors to cultivate more suitable agricultural technical talents; strengthens cooperation with township enterprises to jointly cultivate talents; creates high-quality faculty teams and optimizes professional settings. The article provides some ideas and references for how agriculture-related higher vocational colleges can efficiently serve rural revitalization.
