“岗课赛证”融通的“工业机器人视觉技术及应用”课程教学 改革与实践

摘 要:【目的】在教学过程中强化机器视觉技能实践,完善课程体系及成绩评价体系,实施新形态项目化教学。【方法】以机电一体化专业核心课程工业机器人视觉技术及应用的教学改革为例,构建岗课赛证融通的产教融合育人模式,对接职业技能竞赛和1+X证书,采用多维度评价体系,利用四有课堂模式构建高效课堂,培养学生的创新思维及动手能力。【结果】在柳州铁道职业技术学院2020级机电一体化技术应用专业中采用岗课赛证融通的教学改革方式,工业机器人视觉技术及应用课程课堂实践任务参与完成度从65%提高到85%,课后拓学完成率由73%提高到87%,学生参加工业机器人操作与运维”“1+X证书中级考核通过率高达90%。【结论】通过课程改革并实施多维度课程评价,极大地激发了学生参加1+X证书考核和参与职业技能大赛的热情,提高了学生的技能水平,使其能够更好地适应机器视觉相关岗位的需求。

Teaching Reform and Practice of “Visual Technology and Application of Industrial Robots” Integrated with “Post-Class-Competition-Certificate”

Abstract: [Objective] To strengthen the practice of machine vision skills in the teaching process, improve the curriculum and score evaluation system, and implement new forms of project-based teaching. [Method] Taking the teaching reform of the core course “Visual Technology and Application of Industrial Robots” in the field of mechatronics integration as an example, the article constructs a production education integration education model that integrates “Post-Class-Competition-Certificate”, connects vocational skills competition and “1+X” certificate, adopts a multi-dimensional evaluation system, and uses the “Four Haves Classroom” model to construct an efficient classroom, cultivating students’ innovative thinking and hands-on ability. [Result] In the 2020 electromechanical integration technology application major of Liuzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College, the teaching reform method of “Post-Class-Competition-Certificate” was adopted. The participation completion rate of classroom practical tasks in the “Visual Technology and Application of Industrial Robots” course increased from 65% to 85%, and the completion rate of after-school learning increased from 73% to 87%. The passing rate of students in the intermediate assessment of “Industrial Robot Operation and Operation” and “1+X” certificate was as high as 90%. [Conclusion] Through curriculum reform and the implementation of multi-dimensional curriculum evaluation, the enthusiasm of students to participate in the “1+X” certificate assessment and vocational skills competition has been greatly stimulated, improving their skill level and enabling them to better adapt to the needs of machine vision related positions.
