现代学徒制背景下的课程改革探索——以“单片机原理与应用”课程为例

摘 要:【目的】单片机原理与应用课程作为高职学校机电类专业必修的一门专业课程,是培养学生逻辑思维能力与动手操作能力的重要载体。传统教学方法普遍存在教学内容枯燥难懂、理论知识与实践环节衔接不当等问题,导致学生学习主动性不高、学习效果较差,因此亟须对该课程进行教学改革。【方法】根据单片机原理与应用课程传统教学过程中存在的问题及现代学徒制学习方式的特点进行探索与实践,提出了一种项目化过程评价相结合的教学模式。项目化教学模式通过项目的形式引入教学内容,让学生依据项目需求开展知识学习,将抽象的知识变得具体化。过程评价考核模式的运用,能减轻学生期末考核压力,将课程考核分散于课程学习过程中,提高知识的运用效率。【结果】56名学生中有45名学生表示基本掌握了单片机的基本知识,能独立完成基本的程序设计及硬件调试任务,而且有多名学生表示愿意再深入学习本课程。【结论】通过此教学模式的实践运用,取得了良好的教学效果:学生的学习主动性大幅度提升,能主动寻求解决问题的途径,提升了知识的实际运用能力。

Exploration of Curriculum Reform under the Background of Modern Apprenticeship System

 —Taking the Course “Principles and Applications of Microcontrollers” as an Example

Abstract: [Objective] As a compulsory professional course for mechanical and electrical majors in vocational schools, the course “Principles and Applications of Microcontrollers” is an important carrier for cultivating students’ logical thinking ability and hands-on operation ability. The traditional teaching methods generally have the problem of dull and difficult to understand teaching content, and improper connection between theoretical knowledge and practical links, resulting in low student learning initiative and poor learning outcomes. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the teaching of this course. [Method] Based on the problems in the traditional teaching process of the course “Principles and Applications of Microcontrollers” and the characteristics of modern apprenticeship learning methods, this paper explores and practices a teaching model that combines “project-based” and “process evaluation”. The “project-based” teaching model introduces teaching content in the form of projects, allowing students to learn knowledge based on project needs and concretize abstract knowledge. The application of the “process evaluation” assessment model can alleviate the pressure of students’ final assessment, disperse course assessment into the course learning process, and improve the efficiency of knowledge application. [Result] Among the 56 students, 45 expressed a basic mastery of the basic knowledge of microcontrollers and were able to independently complete basic programming and hardware debugging tasks. Additionally, multiple students expressed a willingness to delve deeper into this course. [Conclusion] Through the practical application of this teaching model, good teaching results have been achieved: students have significantly improved their learning initiative, can actively seek ways to solve problems, and enhance their practical application ability of knowledge.
