摘 要:【目的】目前市场上的配送机器人存在重量大、造价高、配送数量有限等问题,无法满足高校校园内多单配送的需求。【方法】设计了一款专为高校校园内饮食配送服务的智能配送机器人,采用树莓派微型电脑板作为上位机,STM32单片机作为下位机,配备360°旋转摄像头,结合OpenCV库实现对周围环境的图像识别与分析;同时引入红外光电传感器和激光测距模块,实现障碍物实时识别和智能避障;并搭载北斗定位模块,实现自动定位与导航。【结果】该机器人具备室外工作能力,主体结构防雨,储物结构能保护和保温食品,硬件性能稳定可靠,实现了全自动化,提高了配送效率,降低了人力成本。【结论】该智能配送机器人不仅加快了校园内物品的送达速度,还提供了安全高效的配送服务,极大地提升了校园生活的便利性。

Design of Campus Intelligent Distribution Robot Based on Autonomous Navigation

Abstract: [Objective] Currently, the delivery robots on the market have problems such as high weight, high cost and limited delivery quantity, which cannot meet the demand for multiple single delivery on university campuses. [Method] An intelligent distribution robot was designed specifically for food delivery services on university campuses. It uses a Raspberry Pi microcomputer board as the upper computer, a STM32 microcontroller as the lower computer, equipped with a 360° rotating camera, and combined with the OpenCV library to achieve image recognition and analysis of the surrounding environment. Simultaneously introducing infrared photoelectric sensors and laser ranging modules to achieve real-time obstacle recognition and intelligent obstacle avoidance. And equipped with a Beidou positioning module to achieve automatic positioning and navigation. [Result] The robot has the ability to work outdoors, with a rainproof main structure and a storage structure that can protect and insulate food. Its hardware performance is stable and reliable, achieving complete automation, improving delivery efficiency and reducing labor costs. [Conclusion] This intelligent distribution robot not only accelerates the delivery speed of items on campus, but also provides safe and efficient delivery services, greatly improving the convenience of campus life.
