“国四”大马力拖拉机的应用现状及适应性改进方法

摘 要:为了防治非道路移动机械用柴油机污染物排放对环境的污染,改善环境空气质量,文章简单介绍了非道路国四标准实施对拖拉机制造行业的影响,回顾了非道路国三标准实施的历史过程,对国四拖拉机首年上市过程中,各拖拉机制造厂家的应对情况进行了简要分析。通过比较DOC+DPF+SCR和EGR+DOC+DPF两种柴油机后处理技术路线的性能特点、再生工作原理,分析国四大马力拖拉机在2023年耕作过程中的典型故障,对国四大马力拖拉机应用现状进行分析、介绍。研究结果表明,在跟踪调查的7 800余台国四拖拉机车辆(70~240马力段)报修的非发动机故障中,与国四后处理系统直接相关的进气系统及中冷器系统故障占比7.22%、电器类故障占比11.66%,与国三产品相比均有一定的增长,但整体表现不突出,且相关故障类型在2023年下半年的车辆作业过程中均有大幅下滑。随着技术的不断进步,传统的农机销售市场也必将经历一轮深刻的调整,国四技术标准未来可期。

Analysis of the Current Application Status and Adaptability Improvement Methods of High horsepower Tractors in the “China Ⅳ” Program

Abstract: In order to prevent and control environmental pollution caused by diesel engine emissions from non road mobile machinery, and improve environmental air quality, the article briefly introduces the impact of the implementation of non-road “China Ⅳ” standards on the tractor manufacturing industry, reviews the historical process of the implementation of non-road “China III” standards, and briefly analyzes the response of various tractor manufacturers during the first year of the “China Ⅳ” tractor market launch. By comparing the performance characteristics and regeneration principles of two diesel engine post-treatment technology routes, DOC+DPF+SCR and EGR+DOC+DPF, this paper analyzes the typical faults of “China Ⅳ” high-power tractors during the cultivation process in 2023, and introduces the current application status of “China Ⅳ” high-power tractors. The research results indicate that among the more than 7800 non engine faults reported for repairs on “China Ⅳ” tractor vehicles (70-240 horsepower range) tracked and investigated, the intake system and intercooler system faults directly related to the “China Ⅳ” post-processing system accounted for 7.22%, and electrical faults accounted for 11.66%. Compared with “China III” products, there was a certain increase, but the overall performance was not outstanding, and the types of related faults have significantly decreased during vehicle operations in the second half of 2023. With the continuous progress of technology, the traditional agricultural machinery sales market will also undergo a profound adjustment, and the future of “China Ⅳ” technology is promising.
