摘 要：制冷剂和冷冻机油是影响汽车空调制冷效果的关键因素。基于此，设计了一款汽车空调制冷剂及冷冻机油存储测控装置，该装置安装在汽车空调管路中，能储存较多的制冷剂及冷冻机油，可以为空调自动补充制冷剂及冷冻机油。当汽车空调长时间运行导致制冷剂泄漏时，通过传感器检测空调管路制冷剂缺失情况，并适时将系统内部储存的制冷剂释放到空调管路中；当系统检测到制冷管路中缺少冷冻机油时，系统可以释放出一部分冷冻机油。通过几种车型制冷剂及冷冻机油补充试验发现，当制冷剂及冷冻机油添加适当时，汽车空调制冷效果较佳。证明所设计的装置可以及时自动地补充适量的制冷剂及冷冻机油，使汽车空调长期保持最佳运行状态，延长了汽车空调使用寿命，减少了维修成本，具有较大实用价值。

Design of an Automobile Air Conditioning Refrigerant and Refrigerator Oil Storage and Control Device

Abstract: Refrigerant and refrigerator oil are the key factors affecting the cooling effect of automobile air conditioning. Base on this, designed a refrigerant and refrigerator oil storage measurement and control device of automobile air conditioning, which is installed in the automobile air conditioning pipeline, can store more refrigerant and refrigerator oil, and can automatically supplement refrigerant and refrigerator oil for the air conditioner. When the automobile air conditioning runs for a long time resulting in the leakage of refrigerant, through the sensor to detect the lack of refrigerant in the air conditioning pipeline, and at the right time will be the internal storage of the system refrigerant released into the air conditioning pipeline. When the system detects the lack of refrigerator oil in the refrigeration pipeline, the system can release part of the refrigerator oil. Through several models of refrigerant and refrigerator oil supplement test found that when the refrigerant and refrigerator oil is added appropriately, the automobile air conditioning refrigeration effect is better. Prove that the designed device can timely and automatically supplement the appropriate amount of refrigerant and refrigerator oil, so that the automobile air conditioning to maintain the best operating conditions for a long time to extend the service life of the automobile air conditioning, reduce maintenance costs, the device has a greater practical value.
