摘 要:【目的】解决锤片式秸秆粉碎机能耗高、粉碎粒径大、结构复杂等问题,满足现代化秸秆粉碎需求。【方法】对剪切式秸秆粉碎机开展了理论分析和设计计算,对剪切式秸秆粉碎机的粉碎机理、电机功率选型计算、回转半径等进行了研究,完成了主要参数设计并进行了相应的试验验证。【结果】本研究设计的剪切式秸秆粉碎机每小时秸秆处理量、电机总功率、主轴转速、回转半径分别为8 t、60 kW、30 r/min、0.1 m,满足电机总功率不大于78.4 kW、每小时秸秆处理量8 t的设计要求。【结论】运用剪切式优化方法设计的秸秆粉碎机能耗更低、效率更高、粉尘更小,能够满足大量的秸秆粉碎需要,可为秸秆粉碎设备和粉碎工艺的进一步创新研发和高效应用提供参考。

Design of a Shear Type Straw Crusher

Abstract: [Objective] To solve the problems of high energy consumption, large particle size, and complex structure of hammer type straw crusher, and meet the needs of modern straw crushing. [Method] Theoretical analysis and design calculations were conducted on the shear type straw crusher. The crushing mechanism, motor power selection calculation, and rotation radius of the shear type straw crusher were studied. The main parameter design was completed and corresponding experimental verification was carried out. [Result] The shear type straw crusher designed in this study has an hourly straw processing capacity, total motor power, spindle speed, and rotation radius of 8 t, 60 kW, 30 r/min, and 0.1 m, respectively, meeting the design requirements of a total motor power not exceeding 78.4 kW and an hourly straw processing capacity of 8 t. [Conclusion] The straw crusher designed using shear optimization method has lower energy consumption, higher efficiency, and smaller dust, which can meet the needs of a large amount of straw crushing. It can provide reference for further innovative research and efficient application of straw crushing equipment and crushing technology.
