摘 要：【目的】评估智能农机装备在新乡地区农技、农经、农机“三支队伍”建设中的应用成效。【方法】采用问卷调查、实地考察及数据分析方法，全面考察了智能农机装备的发展现状，发现其在推广应用过程中仍面临着人才短缺、技术推广不足、服务体系不健全和经济支持不够等问题，并提出了加强技术人才培养、完善服务体系、增强政策激励等建议。【结果】智能农机装备能显著提高作业效率、降低劳动成本，并通过精准农业实践提升农产品质量，提高农业生产效率，促进农业现代化的发展。【结论】本研究可为新乡及其他地区农业现代化及人才队伍建设提供有益借鉴，为加快建设农业强国、实现农业农村现代化贡献智慧和力量。

Research on the Construction Effect of Smart Agricultural Machinery Equipment in the “Three Teams”

Abstract: [Objective] To evaluate the application effectiveness of intelligent agricultural machinery equipment in the construction of the “Three Teams” of agricultural technology, agricultural economy and agricultural machinery in Xinxiang area. [Method] Using questionnaire survey, field investigation, and data analysis methods, the development status of intelligent agricultural machinery equipment was comprehensively examined. It was found that it still faces problems such as talent shortage, insufficient technology promotion, incomplete service system, and insufficient economic support in the promotion and application process. Suggestions were put forward to strengthen the training of technical talents, improve the service system, and enhance policy incentives. [Result] Intelligent agricultural machinery equipment can significantly improve work efficiency, reduce labor costs, and improve the quality of agricultural products through precision agriculture practices, improve agricultural production efficiency, and promote the development of agricultural modernization. [Conclusion] This study can provide useful reference for the modernization of agriculture and the construction of talent teams in Xinxiang and other regions, and contribute wisdom and strength to accelerate the construction of an agricultural power and achieve modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
