草莓摘叶对其品质和产量的影响研究

摘 要:【目的】研究摘叶是否能够对草莓的产量和质量产生积极的影响,为草莓的栽培与管理提供借鉴与参考。【方法】采用优质无病毒的红颜草莓苗作为试验材料,通过单因素对照试验的方法,对其进行一系列的水肥管理和病虫害防治,栽培过程中对植株分区分组,通过在开花期对草莓进行摘叶与不摘叶的处理,测定草莓果实的单株结果量、单果重以及果实的糖酸比等指标。【结果】在相同生长条件下,摘叶的草莓比不摘叶的草莓单株产量更高、果实更红更大、甜度明显更高。【结论】在 草莓生长发育过程中,进行适当的摘叶能够对草莓的产量产生积极影响,未来可以进一步统计分析摘叶数量对草莓产量的影响,选择出草莓产量最大化的摘叶数量。

A Study on the Effect of Leaf Picking on Quality and Yield of Strawberry

Abstract: [Objective] To study whether leaf picking can have a positive impact on the yield and quality of strawberries, and provide reference and guidance for the cultivation and management of strawberries. [Method] High quality virus-free hongyan strawberry seedlings were used as experimental materials. Through a single factor control experiment, a series of water and fertilizer management and pest control measures were carried out. During the cultivation process, the plants were divided into groups. During the flowering period, strawberries were treated with or without leaf picking. The individual fruit yield, weight and sugar acid ratio of the strawberry fruit were measured. [Result] Under the same growth conditions, strawberries with picked leaves have higher single plant yield, redder and larger fruits, and significantly higher sweetness compared to strawberries without picked leaves. [Conclusion] During the growth and development of strawberries, appropriate leaf picking can have a positive impact on the yield of strawberries. In the future, further statistical analysis of the impact of leaf picking on strawberry yield can be conducted to select the leaf picking quantity that maximizes strawberry yield.
