摘 要:【目的】为用水节水减排提供创新的循环节水思路与技术,提升重复利用水资源效率,并为高用水行业的节水减排提供更多可能性。【方法】设计了一款节能减排循环系统,该系统由马桶、水管、储水池、地漏、水阀、洗衣机、集水箱、净水箱、净水器、节水阀、水质检测仪、淋浴器、热水器等组成。分别阐述了三通球阀、节水阀的设计,并结合节水理念和节水效果,设计确定了节水阀雾化喷头强度、排水管道排布、集水箱与净水箱的参数设计等,设计节水阀螺旋喷头许用强度上限为1.2 MPa,收集池储水量为4 L,清水池容量不小于2.5 L。【结果】该系统可以将日常生活中的洗衣水、洗菜水、洗澡水全部收集起来,并将较污浊的水和相对较清洁的水分别储存在污水箱和清水箱里,污水箱的水直接冲刷马桶,清水箱的水还可放出再重复利用。极大地提高了水资源利用率,大幅减少了污水排放量,实现了水资源的循环使用。【结论】该装置简易且具有多变性,通过变换管道铺设长度与直径、集水箱净水箱容量等可适应不同应用场所,达到了安装便利、使用范围广、节水效用良好的目的,社会效益、经济效益十分可观,应用前景广阔。

Abstract: [Objective] To provide innovative cycle based water-saving ideas and technologies for water use, water conservation and emission reduction, improve the efficiency of water resource reuse, and provide more possibilities for water-saving and emission reduction in high water use industries. [Method] An energy-saving and emission reduction cycle system was designed, which consists of a toilet, water pipe, water storage tank, floor drain, water valve, washing machine, water collection tank, clean water tank, water purifier, water-saving valve, water quality detector, shower, water heater, etc. The designs of three way ball valves and water-saving valves were elaborated separately, and combined with water-saving concepts and effects, the design determined the strength of the water-saving valve atomization nozzle, drainage pipeline layout, and parameter design of the collection tank and clean water tank. The upper limit of the allowable strength of the water-saving valve spiral nozzle was designed to be 1.2 MPa, the storage capacity of the collection tank was 4 L, and the capacity of the clean water tank was not less than 2.5 L. [Result] The system can collect all the laundry water, vegetable washing water, and shower water in daily life, and store the turbid and relatively clean water in the sewage tank and the clean water tank respectively. The water in the dirty water tank directly washes the toilet, and the water in the clean water tank can also be discharged and reused. Greatly improving water resource utilization, significantly reducing sewage discharge, and achieving the recycling of water resources. [Conclusion] The device is simple and has variability. By changing the length and diameter of pipeline laying, the capacity of the collection tank and clean water tank, etc., it can adapt to different application scenarios, achieving the goals of convenient installation, wide range of use and good water-saving effect. The social and economic benefits are very observable, and the application prospects are broad.
