赛教融合全员育人的“机械设计基础实践”课程改革

摘 要:【目的】机械设计基础实践课程在机械类专业的实践体系中具有举足轻重的地位,针对传统实践模式存在的模式单一、创新性不足的现状,以学科竞赛为依托,构建面向全体学生的工程实践能力培养范式具有重要意义。【方法】浙大城市学院机械设计基础实践课程将工创竞赛中的新能源车赛道要求作为其实践课程的任务,针对课程的教学目标,详细设计了全过程赛教融合的课程资料、实践活动、实施过程和评价模式。【结果】课程结束后,学生对工创竞赛的要求了解得更加全面,对参加校内竞赛产生了浓厚的兴趣。2021—2023年,学生制作实物参加校级竞赛的比例约占当届修读人数的75%;竞赛成果也屡获佳绩,共获得省级工程训练和创新能力竞赛一等奖35人次、二等奖28人次、三等奖36人次。【结论】改革成效显著,大幅度提高了学生在实践环节参与过程的主动性、设计方案的创新性、实践设计过程的工程性;实现了以教促赛、以赛促教的双赢效果,为赛教融合全员育人模式提供了新范式。

Reform of the “Basic Practice of Mechanical Design” Course by Integrating Competition and Education with Full Staff Education

Abstract: [Objective] The course of “Basic Practice of Mechanical Design” plays a crucial role in the practical system of mechanical engineering majors. In response to the current situation of single mode and insufficient innovation in traditional practical models, it is of great significance to build a paradigm for cultivating engineering practical abilities for all students based on subject competitions. [Method] Course on “Basic Practice of Mechanical Design” at Hangzhou City University takes the requirements of the new energy vehicle track in the industrial and creative competition as its practical course task. Based on the teaching objectives of the course, a detailed design of the course materials, practical activities, implementation process, and evaluation model for the integration of competition and education throughout the entire process was carried out. [Result] After the course ended, students gained a more comprehensive understanding of the requirements for industrial and creative competitions, and developed a strong interest in participating in campus competitions. From 2021 to 2023, the proportion of students who have created physical objects to participate in school level competitions accounts for about 75% of the current number of students; The competition has also achieved excellent results, with a total of 35 first prizes, 28 second prizes, and 36 third prizes won in the provincial engineering training and innovation ability competition. [Conclusion] The reform has achieved significant results, significantly improving the initiative of students in participating in the practical process, the innovation of design schemes, and the engineering nature of the practical design process. The win-win effect of “promoting competition through education and promoting education through competition” has been achieved, providing a new paradigm for the integration of competition and education into the overall education model.
