智能制造背景下高职机械制造及自动化专业数字化改造研究

摘 要:随着新一代信息技术与装备制造业的深度融合,机械制造及自动化作为经典长线专业,面临诸多发展机遇与挑战。亟需通过数字化升级,提升专业与产业发展、经济结构调整之间的吻合度,推进国家现代职业教育体系建设。基于此,对高职专业数字化改造的现状与机械制造及自动化专业数字化改造的动因进行了分析,厘清数字化改造的内涵,明确了数字化改造的实施路径。结合机械制造及自动化专业特点,面向智能制造岗位,通过构建专业人才需求三维矩阵模型,确定人才培养目标和规格,重构模块化课程体系。研究结果表明,从课程体系、教学团队、实践条件等方面进行数字化改造,实现了专业数字化改造,提高了机械制造及自动化专业学生对智能制造岗位的适应能力,改革成果显著,给职业教育的快速发展带来了历史机遇,也为推进国家现代职业教育体系建设指明了方向。

Research on Digital Transformation of Machinery Manufacturing and Automation Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing

Abstract: With the deep integration of new generation information technology and equipment manufacturing industry, mechanical manufacturing and automation, as a classic long-term specialty, face many development opportunities and challenges. It is urgent to enhance the alignment between professional and industrial development, as well as economic restructuring, and promote the construction of the national modern vocational education system through digital upgrading. Based on this, an analysis was conducted on the current situation of digital transformation in vocational colleges and the driving forces behind digital transformation in mechanical manufacturing and automation majors. The connotation of digital transformation was clarified, and the implementation path of digital transformation was clarified. Based on the characteristics of mechanical manufacturing and automation majors, targeting intelligent manufacturing positions, a three-dimensional matrix model of professional talent needs is constructed to determine talent training goals and specifications, and to reconstruct a modular curriculum system. The research results indicate that digital transformation has been carried out from the aspects of curriculum system, teaching team, and practical conditions, achieving professional digital transformation and improving the adaptability of students majoring in mechanical manufacturing and automation to intelligent manufacturing positions. The reform results are significant, bringing historical opportunities for the rapid development of vocational education and pointing out the direction for promoting the construction of the national modern vocational education system.
