高职智能制造类专业现场工程师培养路径研究

摘 要:目前,高等职业教育正面临着教育结构、人才培养结构、专业结构上的失配性问题,不缺毕业生,但缺高层次、现场应用型工程师人才。而中国特色学徒制的改革和现场工程师的培养存在共生关系,开展高职智能制造类专业现场工程师的培养路径探索、进一步提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。基于此,文章首先对智能制造类专业现场工程师培养现状进行了分析,并基于校企协同育人理念,分别从企业角度、学校角度、教师角度及学生角度阐述了现场工程师培养的具体路径,提出创新校企协同育人新机制、校企共同研制人才培养方案及课程体系、校企双方共同实施“双导师双循环”工学交替的培养模式、打造高水平“双师型”结构化教学团队、创新评价考核方式等具有可行性的培养方案。推动校企合作全面融合,形成校企双方全员、全程、全方位育人,实现各专业教学资源共享度优、利用率高、教学效果好的建设目标,培养德技并修的复合型高素质技术技能人才。

Research on the Training Path of Field Engineers in Higher Vocational Intelligent Manufacturing

Abstract: At present, higher vocational education is facing the problem of mismatch in education structure, talent cultivation structure, and professional structure. There is no shortage of graduates, but a shortage of high-level, on-site applied engineering talents. The reform of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics and the cultivation of on-site engineers have a symbiotic relationship. Exploring the training path of on-site engineers in vocational intelligent manufacturing majors and further improving the quality of talent cultivation is of great significance. Based on this, the article first analyzes the current situation of on-site engineer training in intelligent manufacturing majors, and based on the concept of school enterprise collaborative education, elaborates on the specific paths of on-site engineer training from the perspectives of enterprises, schools, teachers, and students. Propose innovative mechanisms for collaborative education between schools and enterprises, jointly develop talent training programs and curriculum systems, jointly implement a “dual mentor dual cycle” engineering learning alternation training model, create a high-level “dual teacher” structured teaching team, innovate evaluation and assessment methods, and other feasible training plans. Promote the comprehensive integration of school enterprise cooperation, form a comprehensive, full process, and all-round education for both parties, achieve the construction goal of excellent sharing, high utilization rate, and good teaching effect of teaching resources in various majors, and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel with both moral and technical skills.
