摘 要:为了减少人力物力的浪费,提高农业生产效率,最终实现农业生产现代化。在农机耕作过程中引入数字孪生技术,重点提高农机耕作过程中的技术水平,突出数字孪生技术与农机产业结合的必要性,简述了基于数字孪生的智慧农机发展现状、作业框架、作业监控过程。研究结果表明,将数字孪生技术与农业机械进行结合,在农机耕作生产过程中融入自动化、数字化、智能化、信息化、大数据分析等新技术,能够使耕施作业结合得更加紧密,不仅提高了农业生产质量,降低了耕者的劳动强度,还提升了农业机械化率,满足了现代化农业生产的需求。为数字农业发展和农业机械化发展提供了理论基础,为农业机械的智能化生产提供了技术支持,也为我国实现农业生产现代化提供了重要的装备支撑。

Application of Digital Twins Technology in the Tillage Process of Agricultural Machinery

Abstract: In order to reduce waste of human and material resources, improve agricultural production efficiency, and ultimately achieve modernization of agricultural production. Introducing digital twin technology in the process of agricultural machinery cultivation, with a focus on improving the technical level of the agricultural machinery cultivation process, highlighting the necessity of combining digital twin technology with the agricultural machinery industry, and briefly describing the development status, operation framework, and operation monitoring process of smart agricultural machinery based on digital twin. The research results indicate that combining digital twin technology with agricultural machinery and integrating new technologies such as automation, digitization, intelligence, informatization, and big data analysis into the agricultural machinery farming production process can make the farming operation more closely integrated. This not only improves the quality of agricultural production, reduces the labor intensity of farmers, but also increases the mechanization rate of agriculture, meeting the needs of modern agricultural production. This provides a theoretical basis for the development of digital agriculture and agricultural mechanization, technical support for the intelligent production of agricultural machinery, and important equipment support for China’s modernization of agricultural production.
